How do I customize my phone case?
Choose your phone model, upload your design/photo, and leave any special notes. You can also DM us your image after ordering!

Can I use my own photo or artwork?
Yes! Make sure it’s clear and high-resolution.

Can I preview the design before it’s made?
Let us know in the notes or message us—mockups are available upon request.

Are your cases protective?
Yes! They’re designed for both protection and aesthetics.

What materials are the cases made from?
We use durable resin or PC, depending on the style. 

🖐️ Handmade Details

Are all your cases handmade?
Depending on the style, all the resin cases are handmade. Every handmade piece is made-to-order. Small variations are normal and part of the charm!

Will my handmade case look exactly like the photo?
Each case is unique, we will try our best to stay the same style. However, it will not look the exact same.

📦 Shipping

How long will it take to receive my case?
We need 3–5 business days to craft your case. Delivery times vary by location.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship Canada & US on the website 🌍 DM or send us email if you want to ship to other countries.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, choose the express option at checkout or message us before ordering.

How much do your cases cost?
Prices start at $25-$45. Customization is included—no extra charge!

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and more.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange a custom case?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom orders are final sale—but if we made a mistake or something arrived damaged, we’ll fix it. 

What if my case arrives damaged?
Email us within 30 days with a photo—we’ll replace it ASAP 💕
